ADHD & AuDHD decluttering support

Don’t just declutter. Learn how to declutter in a way that works with your brain.

Decluttering is not a character test—and struggling with it does not mean you are lazy, careless, or incapable. Together, we build a process around how you think, decide, begin, and keep going.

The goal is lasting skill, not lasting dependence.

I will help you make decisions, work through sticking points, and create momentum. But I am also teaching you what to notice: which choices drain you, which systems create friction, and how to make the next session easier than the last.

We begin with enough support for you to learn a decluttering process that works with your brain. As your confidence and independence grow, the support becomes lighter. Success means you need me less.

Virtual decluttering

Learn. Practice. Maintain.

Virtual sessions follow a Learn · Practice · Maintain progression. Most clients begin with Learn, then move into shorter sessions as the method becomes familiar.

Learn · $300 · 4×45-minute sessions: Close guidance while you learn the method. We slow down enough to understand what is making decisions difficult, practice a simpler process, and build confidence through real work in your space.

Practice · $220 · 4×30-minute sessions: Less prompting. More independent application. You use the method with lighter support. We troubleshoot what gets sticky, refine the process, and strengthen your ability to continue between sessions.

Maintain · $180 · 6×15-minute sessions: Brief support for activation and accountability. A focused check-in helps you begin, solve one problem, or regain momentum. Then you carry the work forward on your own.

Learn is the usual starting point. Practice and Maintain are available to established clients or by recommendation.

In-person decluttering

Hands-on support, one focused session at a time.

After a free consultation, I will recommend a 60- or 90-minute session based on your space, energy, and goals. We can schedule one session at a time, reassess as we go, and transition to virtual support when shorter check-ins make more sense.

In-person work includes teaching and decision support alongside practical, hands-on help. It is never about imposing somebody else’s idea of an organized home.

Available locally in the South Sound area, WA only.

Focused session ($100 · 60 minutes)
Working session ($150 · 90 minutes)

A brain-friendly approach

We work with the person who is actually in the room.

Your home does not need to look like someone else’s. It needs to support the way you live.

That may mean shorter work periods. Fewer categories. Permission to delay emotionally difficult decisions. Visible systems instead of hidden ones. A gentler starting point. The method adapts because different brains encounter different barriers.

There is no shame-based motivation here. We use curiosity, clarity, and enough support to make forward movement possible.
